Attack Squadron 36 deployed aboard the USS Theodore Roosevelt as part of Carrier Air Wing Eight for what would become Operation Desert Storm.  The pictures below were taken with disposable cameras and I have decided to scan and upload the best available so you may see exactly what I saw from working on the "roof."

This page is dedicated to the memory of Lieutenant Commander Barry Cooke and Lieutenant Patrick Connor from Attack Squadron 36.  The two were killed on 2 February 1991 when their A-6E Intruder was shot down off the coast of Kuwait during a strike mission against Iraqi warships.
